libmythhdhomerun: Resync with upstream library 072911.

I felt it was appropriate to have some version of MythTV with the latest library as HDHR Primes begin to make their way to users.  I do not have a prime and cannot test or vouch for support.  I also do not have any other HDHR hardware.  Tested only with a software simulator.

Support IP-Tuner format device strings (required for mythtv).
Improvements to local IP address detection.
Add vchannel tune APIs for use with HDHomeRun Prime hardware.
Fix DNS handling under cygwin required for remote debug logging.
Fix null-pointer dereference in out of memory condition.
