There is in fact a PPA available to install QT 5.5 on Ubuntu Mate
wily. I did not try that. Perhaps I should wait until April, I
believe that Xenial may have QT 5.5 as a standard package.<br>

Xenial does have Qt5.5.1, I am running mythfrontend from 0.28
mythbuntu ppa on it. Haven't tried a build from source on that
device but could do if it helps.<br>
