[mythtv] RfC: PR#975 Harmonize Title-Parsing of Movies and TV-Series

Please comment on PR #975 <https://github.com/MythTV/mythtv/pull/975> .
The way movie titles are parsed from MythVideo has caused me problems for
many years:
The movie grabbers can not - and did not in the past - correctly resolve a
movie title like
"A Movie Title YYYY.mpg" where "YYYY" is the year of release.
