I had one showing Failed and one showing Recorded.

I think the failed one was because it took a long time tuning the 
channel. After recording a while I stopped it. Because of the long time 
tuning I believe it would have shown failed even if it recorded to the end.

The long time tuning was because this is my laptop and I did not bother 
to run my "leancap_ready" script to get the tuner ready beforehand. In 
production that always runs while the backend is up.
