[mythtv] Channel scanning data flow - never any saved channels

If you happen to use the database from your old system then it is a good
idea to do the following:
- delete the capture cards
- make a new video source
- connect the capture cards to the new video source
- do the scan etc etc.
If this does not work then it is best to create a ticket  in
https://github.com/MythTV/mythtv/issues
