[mythtv] mythtv-light dependencies issues mythtv v33 and ubuntu 24.04

Hi, I tried building the mythtv-light, mythtv v33, when I tried to install
the deb on ubuntu 24.04, it complained about dependency issues. I forced
the install anyway with --force-depends and the mythtv frontend is
functional. Anyways, how can just tell the build script to ignore
libhdhomerun and libfftw3. Also I don't know what is python3-future.
