[mythtv] Call for sample of dual channel mono audio

Hello all,

I'm not sure if this is used in the wild, but the standard allows it.

I would like a sample of a recording with dual channel mono audio, 
probably where the left and right audio channels are in different languages.

I'm trying to upstream that customization to FFmpeg and we are 
discussing a different way of doing it and having a sample I can test 
with MythTV would be helpful.
