[mythtv] V32 and master: MythTVs MythVideoFrame vs. FFmegs AVFrame

Hi

I am out of knowledge how to proceed with
https://github.com/MythTV/mythtv/issues/633
Volunteers with deep insight of the frame definition within FFmpeg and
MythTV are welcome.
It seems that a conversion from AVFrame to MythVideoFrame fails.
Affected issues #626 <https://github.com/MythTV/mythtv/issues/626> and #615
<https://github.com/MythTV/mythtv/issues/615>
