[mythtv] Call for testing branch devel/ffmpeg-resync (mpegts-harmonize v2)

Hello all,

I have slightly reworked my changes and with the help of MHEG samples 
from John and Peter, I now have the MHEG menu coming up as previously.

Peter has force pushed this new version to devel/ffmpeg-resync and 
further testing would be appreciated.
