[mythtv] Ansible missing libXxf86vm-devel on Fedora 34

I installed a clean copy of Fedora 34 in a virtual machine today,
updated it, and then tried to compile v31-fixes.  Ansible succeeded in
installing everything it wanted, but when I ran "configure", I got an
error saying that libXxf86vm was not found.  After manually installing
the "libXxf86vm-devel" package, configure succeeded.
