[mythtv] mythfrontend master fails to play with android, opengl errors

Hi Mark

Recording playback with master as of Sunday (after "MythOpenGLVideo: Fix 
android build") on Shield plays audio but shows just a flickering view 
of the recordings list. This happens with mediacodec and 
mediacodec-decode-only. I did not try software decode.

Error messages are as follows. It looks like the UpdateTextures error 
may be the problem.
