[mythtv] Problems with SGs in current master

I updated a less-frequently-used Fedora 31 box yesterday, and its Video 
SGs were unexpectedly empty.  Trying to set them up via the GUI, the 
'Home' box shows the right path and the expected icons, but selecting an 
icon displays only its incremental relative path in the textbox, and 
assignment fails.

Entering the full path ( /home/john/SGs/various_folders_or_links ) in 
the textbox works.

Other systems show the same edit problem in the GUI but Video, DBbackup 
and Recording SGs still work.

Previous version was 32Pre652.gcfd2eb.  I don't remember a problem 
there, but can't be sure.

New version is 32Pre757.gb6e7e
