I am in Hitchin (Hertfordshire) , so my transmitter is SandyHeath (main, 
not a relay).

The problems are not new, I just got round to having a look, it finally 
bugged me enough!

It is only LiveTV affected, playback of scheduled recordings from all 
of  my Freeview  tuners are fine.
