[mythtv] [PATCH 0/4] Assorted Debian packageing fixes

Hello,

I'm a Debian developer and as such using Debian-Stretch for my MythTV
setup. For building I had to apply the following patches. Please apply
them to myth-packaging as you see fit.

  DEB: Really exclude .git
  DEB: make dh_clean remove directories
  DEB: Allow MariaDB instead of MySQL
