Hi Stuart

The hardware profiler code in MythTV is a separate thread so normally a 
long response would not be noticed. However upon exit the frontend waits 
for threads to end so it was sitting on the close prompt for a long 
time. This really only happens during testing as I was starting the 
frontend and then closing it again. Normally a user has the frontend 
open much longer, so by the time they close it the hardware profiler has 
finished or given up.
