I have fixed all of the major bugs in MythUI setup. I think it is in 
reasonable shape to be moved to Master, in time for release 29. I will 
be away until 9th of June. If others agree we can merge into Master 
after that. I can look at the remaining issues first, or I can fix them 
in Master after it is merged.
