Hi, will there be an api way to call this too? Services are best but an internal keybinding would help too.

If not, what is the thinking on adding such a thing. I imagine the two existing tickets which manipulate recordedmarkup would have to be merged and this clearing functionality added etc.

I’m willing to do that if someone will review and commit in a reasonable timeframe.
