[mythtv] Open DVB card only when needed not working in master

Thanks, but

it is enabled - The only way of getting program info.
But that is not the problem. Even EIT will just run
with an interval and it behaves as earlier.

But as I said in a previous comment I found 
the real problem - mythtv-setup doesnt set
the mythconverg entry for dvb_on_demand for
the secondary entry if you set the adapter up
for simultaneous recordings.
