[mythtv] 28.0 build error

Ok, got pretty far but ran into a problem with python-mysql. Interestingly
enough, the package is called python2-mysql (as there is a python3-mysql
package) but the python2 package has a virtual provide for python-mysql so
dnf should be able to resolve the dependency but can't for some reason:
