[mythtv] Unable to compile HEAD w/ QT 5.4 on gentoo, can't seem to force qt 4.8 either

And one final followup thanks to stuartm got it working with qt 5.4 with:
make distclean
and adding: opengl to the QT  flags in libs/libmythui/libmythui.pro
