[mythtv] Merging cards and inputs, testing help needed

I just did the one program on the tuner, saw that something was being recorded and then shut it all down. I'll try again tomorrow (Tuesday) if I have time. One problem is getting NTSC signal, I don't have cable and here are no analog broadcasters anymore. I'll have to see if I can move a VCR over and feed some tape output into the card. Failing that it'll be static and I'll see if the end/start times indicate an orderly transition.
