[mythtv] Frontend GetStatus

I figured it out.

The "--upnp" option on the frontend seems to disable frontend services ( 
including the GetStatus ).   I had this flag set to get around an issue 
of 100% cpu  related to upnp.   As soon as I remove the flag, it started 
working again.
