[mythtv] Couldn't upgrade database to new schema

Setting up a new system isn't something that I have done often. I'm 
trying it now and had the same problem, but now the schema upgrade looks 
as if it has gone ahead.  I made the /mnt directory writeable by me, not 
just root, immediately beforehand, after several failed attempts.  I 
don't see anything in it, though.  New, empty database.

This is in SL7/master using the ATrpms/SCrpms environment and tools, and 
it's in its earliest stages.  Perhaps I should concentrate on crosswords.
