[mythtv] Table for Upcoming Recordings

Like the OP, I've seen this happen on my system when a recording fails 
due to a faulty tuner--and my clock is correct. Restarting the backend 
does not remove them. In order to get them to go away, I think I removed 
the entry form the jobqueue table and then restarted the backend again.
