Your particular headend doesn't have 621 FSPHD, just 621 FSP.

Does that mean that you actually see

621 FSP
621 FSPHD
621-1 FSPA?

in your EPG on the STB?

Just trying to determine where the 621-1 (which will have that
Nationals @ Pirates game you mentioned) is coming from, and what
content DirecTV is putting on that -1.
