[mythtv] Ticket #10136 (EIT update gives DB Error about duplicate primary keys)

Hi all,

About two years ago I did create a patch for a bug in file
programdata.cpp and submitted this in ticket #10136.
To summarize the ticket: the database error message about the
duplicate primary key was correct, the original code was wrong and my
patch solves this problem.
Can anybody please tell me what it takes to get this fix into the
mythtv source tree?
