[mythtv] livetv bug with 0.26 fixes

Hello.

I know live tv is not priority one but it is sometimes useful and I believe
I've found a bug.

If I watch live tv for a while, usually with channels that have many shorter
shows some things stop working.
If I press "I" button nothing happens, skip forward and backwards also don’t
work.
Pause/play still works fine and when it is paused it always shows the time
as for example "25:00 of 25:00" and is stuck there.

I can still continue to watch the channel but it is not so fun when you
can't skip forward or backwards.

Any idea what's wrong?
