FIx video scanning following [a05b4d48]. Calling QDir::setFilter() with 
a negative filter overwrites the default positive filters of QDir::Files 
| QDir::Dirs.

Doesn't mythmusic/filescanner.cpp and a few others changed in 
http://code.mythtv.org/cgit/mythtv/commit/?id=a05b4d48da need a similar 
fix? There's a report of the music filescanner not working in the user list.
