Why bother with two columns to store the old IMDB IDs when there is no 
intent to ever pull data from them?  The whole purpose of that feature 
in the first place was to make it easy for users to transition over from 
the old imdb.pl grabber. The first time you ran tmdb.py, it would find 
the TMDB entry that matched the IMDB ID, and return it's own ID instead.
