F20/Rawhide has moved to the latest vaapi.  If (the future) F20
is going to have a 0.26/fixes rpmfusion package, the patch will
need to be backported, but I suspect that by the release
of F20 (November-ish) 0.27 will be the packaged version of
MythTV.
