[mythtv] Ticket #11752: Recordings may end up in live tv group

Yeah, I probably should have replied to the ticket "#11748: mythtv-setup 
trying to write to wrong user" , which was what originally got me 
thinking about this.  It turns out that the user had the wrong directory 
specified for Live TV Storage Group (perhaps because it was 
automatically set by his packages or something) and wasn't checking it.

This ticket just made me think of it again, and made me want to mention 
the idea of making it seem less important (or discouraged) to create a 
Live TV SG.
