[mythtv] Recorded markup patch for services api (0.26 and trunk)

Hi,

We created two patches for fixes/0.26 and trunk, they are under ticket
11491 (http://code.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/11491)
This adds two extra methods to the services api "content" endpoint allowing
the querying of recorded markup data.
This is to allow third party frontends to access the comm skip info and
react accordingly; this is one of the most asked feature for thirdparty
frontends...
