[mythtv] new mythimage plugin?

This is not a
plugin like mythweather or mythgallery. It is integrated into the
mythbackend and mythfrontend like the video stuff. 

The menu entry in
the /usr/share/mythtv/themes/defaultmenu/library.xml file was wrong.
Please replace the two lines around line 70 

<action>PLUGIN
mythimage</action>
<depends>mythimage</depends> 

with 

<action>JUMP
Gallery Default</action>
