[mythtv] Ticket #11027: Unneccessary "All Programs - " text before title in Watch Recordings

Just to follow up on this.  We'll change the display of this
information in 0.27.  The redundant "All Programs - " text (or
whatever the current group filter is) is removed.  The first entry in
the group list on the left will be labeled "All Programs -
<current_group_filter>" (unless All Programs is the current filter, in
which case the label is just "All Programs").  The themer will also be
able to label the whole Watch Recordings screen as something like
"Watch Recordings - <current_group_filter>".
