[mythtv] any changes in db-layout

Hi,

I'm having trouble with mytharchive behaving curiously if special letters  
(i.e. öäß") are involved. I'd like to compare different releases of mythtv  
to find the reason.

Therefore my question:
Are there any relevant changes in the database-structure or the config  
files between 0.24.1 and the recent snapchots from git? I'd like to up-  
and downgrade using the same db. Is that possible?
