[mythtv] Feature: Multiple "mark as watched"

I agree, in my house (5 of us), we have several shows many or multiple
of us watch, so being able to make sure each "user" is marked works
well. BUT, many of the shows we watch as a group often, but not
always. This is where multi-users would be tough to figure out as a
show that was not watched as marked by all would be held on to, unless
each user went through the hassle of watching it as marked by all.
Though I guess part of the end of playback prompt could have the
option of "Watched by All"? but then you get into the issue of 3 out
of 4 did but the other did not... etc.

I guess in the end it may not work out all that well for our situation
and we'd just not use that feature...
My parents, though, would love it. My mom would never see any of my
dad's soccer recordings and my dad would not have to keep hearing my
mom complain that she has to scroll through a lot of soccer games to
find the shows she wants to watch...
