The commit above will stop any new channels found in XMLTV data from
being inserted into the MythTV database for video sources that require
"scanning".

This will _not_ stop you from being able to insert XMLTV data for DVB
(and ATSC/QAM/...) channels that are already configured in the
database. As ever, you need to ensure that the "Use on-air guide" flag
is disabled for any channels that are getting their listings data from
an XMLTV source.
