[mythtv] adding a default for lossless transcode to the profiles ok?

Hi,

after rebuilding my backend from scratch earlier this year I've been
wondering why lossless transcodes (of DVB recordings) didn't work
anymore. It turned out that no transcoding profiles are setup at all
on a fresh installation.
I would consider lossless transcodes a nice default.

Would a patch to install a default profile for lossless transcode on
new installations be acceptable?
