[mythtv] Submitted build patch for upstream review.

I'm a git and github noob so hopefully I did this correctly.

I submitted a pull request:

To fix a compile issue on Fedora 16, however, it seems this would be
needed for all systems and I don't know why this hasn't created a
problem before now.
