[mythtv] Help!!

Hi,
I wanted to know about* terms and conditions for developing mythtv
unofficial plugin* ex. If I delevlop a plugin for mythtv will that code be
accessible to mythtv users and other developers? Or will I have the
privilege to keep the code closed for others?
