Ugh.  I got totally sidetracked thinking there was a fundamental
problem elsewhere in the power search code.

You're probably on the right track, Mike.  However, since the
descriptions appear to all be the same (making them useless) and there
probably aren't any programids, I think Michal is out of luck.  We
would need a new dupcheck method which treats all programs (with the
same title) as duplicates for this particular case to work.  This type
of case is obscure enough that I'm not sure it's worth the effort.
