That's not relevant to this particular ticket, for which the sample is no
longer even available.  Add to that the fact that DVD Menu button handling
*has* been largely fixed and this ticket is unsolvable beyond the resolution
above.

I'm sorry your issues aren't being addressed at a speed acceptable to you.
 We can only fix bugs as fast as free time allows.  If you have solutions or
concrete diagnostic info showing *why* the issues arise, that will tend to
push them higher in the queue.  Outside of that you'll unfortunately need to
live with work getting done as quickly as our mortgages will allow.

I should also note that every single ticket opened by you which is > 60 days
old has been closed as "fixed" where a valid issue existed.

It's hard to argue that you're not getting adequate service.  I'm not
interested in a flame war with you, just in maybe asking you to think about
whether exasperated and passive-aggressive commentary to a bunch of people
just trying to make something nice available, for free, are the best way to
get what you want.
