Given the original reasons for this patch not being included into Myth, I
seriously doubt an updated patch will be worth the effort. The issue is the
use of DVB_PRIVATE_SEC and the patch to the mpegts parser. If/when Myth is
ready to use DVB_PRIVATE_SEC, I'll update the patch to trunk.
