[mythtv] Thank you for recent Live TV commits

Markk and other devs recently working on some of the Live TV stuff -

I just wanted to say thank you for the recent fixes and improvements
to Live TV recently committed to 0.24-fixes. While Live TV isn't a
huge part of my mythtv usage (~5%), it's enough that it can lead to
frustration when it's not working reliably - especially for the wife
and visitors.  A few weeks ago I upgraded to the latest 0.24-fixes at
the time and noticed that Live TV no longer would load.  I saw that
this was identified on the user's list, and waited patiently for the
fixes to be committed.  I just updating to current 0.24-fixes last
night and lo and behold, everything was working again.  But, not only
was Live TV working again, it loaded /significantly/ faster than it
ever had in the past 7 years I've used MythTV.  While Live TV still
could use some TLC, I'm definitely appreciative of incremental steps
like these which make a huge different in my own user experience.

So, I just wanted to take the time to actually log in and send an
email to say that I definitely noticed the improvement - and to say
THANK YOU!
