Clearly items should not be outside their parent, but is there any
problem with having the included items *exactly* the same size as the
parent.
I noticed a few places where scroll arrows were outside the bounding box
but left them alone. The problem is always one of screen space, as the
scroll arrows take 10 0r 12 pixels of width on a wide screen.
