[mythtv] 0.23-fixes: speciffic LiveTV issue

Hi,

I have interesting LiveTV issue with 0.23-fixes (currently 24509, but it was present in all 0.23 which I tested since branching of 0.23 in trac)

Namely:
-Launching DVB-T/DVB-S (both are H.264) LiveTV playback is jumpy (every 2-3 sec there is small slow down with consecutive compensating speed-up so overall playback speed is OK.)
-pressing pause (even for very short time. Shortest I was able to do was 0.2-0.3sec) fixes problem (playback starts to be smooth)

Issue is:
-non observed on AnalogTV (MPEG2 from PVR250)
-more frequently present on FE where I have 1360x768 at 60 TV (on 1920x1080 at 50 is sometimes)
-playback show from LiveTV group is always OK.

Is it possible that issue is related to too low LiveTV ring buffer size ?
