Ryan,

We'll have a look, don't worry.  I do think it's a bug and poked
around a bit in libmythdb, where we insert and interpret hostnames
with .toLower(), so in my mind there's a missing .toLower() somewhere.
 Mike Dean and I are going to have a look and we'll use the ticket as
a reference/fix it if we can get to the bottom of it.
