Yes---just hit "edit" like any other page.  (I wasn't sure if
I/somebody should create something with different organization
that points there instead because I hadn't yet tried to figure
out what seems the most logical organization, but if not, I'll
edit it directly.)

I sorta figured that.  I hadn't had occasion to investigate
MediaWiki's handling of Category page linkage before.

Possibly if I knew exactly what to search for, it would rank close to
the top on google, but the whole point is that random users won't know
exactly what so search for.  I'll think organizational thoughts. :)
