I find the cutpoint level exceedingly useful for verifying my cutpoints.
After setting my cutpoints at both ends of the commercial i jump back
to the previous cutpoint, jump back another 5 secs and then playback
past the commercial. If i've got it right there are no glitches or
frames showing commercial data, if not, i go back and fix it.
