When you do that, you run into problem with thetvdb and your listings
provider using different names for shows.  Most pronounced, thetvdb
appends the year onto shows with duplicate names.

Besides that, you do NOT want to be pulling metadata from any free
provider for every show in your lineup.  Such a behavior would put a
huge amount of load on their systems.
